Find and Summarize Files from Google Drive Instantly

🔧 What You Need:

  • ChatGPT with Google Drive connected
  • Files stored in your Drive (PDFs, Docs, etc.)
  • ChatGPT plus subscription.

🚀 Steps:

  1. Connect Your Google Drive
    In ChatGPT Go to Settings* → Connected Apps → Google Drive → Connect
  2. Give a Prompt Like: “Find the document titled ‘2023 Tax Summary’ and give me a one-paragraph summary.”
    OR
    “Show me all files from last month with the word ‘invoice’ in the name, and summarize each.”
  3. What Happens:
    • ChatGPT searches your Drive
    • Opens the matching files
