🔧 What You Need:
- ChatGPT with Google Drive connected
- Files stored in your Drive (PDFs, Docs, etc.)
- ChatGPT plus subscription.
🚀 Steps:
- Connect Your Google Drive
In ChatGPT Go to Settings* → Connected Apps → Google Drive → Connect - Give a Prompt Like: “Find the document titled ‘2023 Tax Summary’ and give me a one-paragraph summary.”
OR
“Show me all files from last month with the word ‘invoice’ in the name, and summarize each.” - What Happens:
- ChatGPT searches your Drive
- Opens the matching files
- Returns a clear summary of each (key dates, totals, action items)
- Bonus Tip: You can follow up with: “Create a bullet-point list of key takeaways from that PDF”
