✉️ Use Case: “I want to send a quick email without opening Gmail or Outlook.”

🔧 What You Need:

• A ChatGPT Plus subscription with Connectors enabled
• Connect your Gmail or Outlook account to ChatGPT via Settings → Connected apps

🚀 Steps:

1. Enable the Email Connector
   Go to Settings → Connected Apps → Gmail/Outlook → Connect.
2. Give a Simple Prompt
   You can now just tell ChatGPT: “Send an email to Priya Sharma (priya@email.com) saying:
   ‘Hey Priya! Just confirming our meeting for Thursday at 3 PM. Let me know if it still works for you.’”
3. ChatGPT Will Draft + Send
   ChatGPT will show you the draft and ask for confirmation. Once approved, it sends the email directly.

✅ Result: You send emails quickly, hands-free—no app-switching or typing needed.
